Every engagement begins with a guaranteed quote following an in-home visit to assess the technical aspects of your move. Factors we consider in your free estimate include:
- Amount of furniture
- Storage needs
- Fragile items (requiring special handling)
- Oversized items (such as pianos or automobiles)
- Packing (by customer or by our associates)
- Crating – customized containers for items that cannot fit into standard moving boxes or packaging
If you have special needs or unique conditions – such as a narrow entrance, gated access, or homeowners’ association restricted moving times – let us know. For customers who want their move to have less of an impact on their budget, we can supply material that will enable customers to self-pack or self-unload. At the other end of the spectrum, we can oblige customers who need full-service, including appliance connection or furniture assembly at the destination.
Letting our residential movers know where you want items placed before they are unloaded will help your moving process. If an item is missing or sustained damage while in transit, make a note on the inventory list accordingly.
We require payment for your household move before your shipment can be unloaded. If your shipment is placed in storage, charges up to that point are due at that time. Payment must be made in cash, check, or by credit card.

In addition to all the moving services discussed above, we also offer cleaning services, shuttle services, or 90-day storage services as needed for both in-state and out-of-state moves.
